Wood is a natural product that is full of inherent character, blemishes, imperfections, knots, holes and small cracks that all add to the beauty and uniqueness of each piece, there are no two pieces that look exactly alike.

Custom signs will have a mock up made before the sign is cut / painted, the mock up is a computer image and the final product, while we strive to make it as close as possible to the mock up, is a handmade product and therefore will not look identical to the computer mock up.

All of our wooden toys are recommended for ages 3+. Due to insurance and safety regulations we do not recommend our toys for children who still put toys in their mouth.

All our toys are painted with non toxic water based paint, natural dyes, or left completely natural color-wise and finished in food grade safe oil.

**Deposits are non-refundable as they go towards purchasing materials for each order, once the building process has started on an order, we can no longer use those materials for something else, as the wood has been cut to the specifications of the project.**

Refunds & Returns

Please contact us at huckleberrydesignsstore@gmail.com if you are unhappy with your product and would like to return it. *Note; we do not accept returns on custom work, and large furniture*

Your refund will be issued for the original purchase price of the item minus the original shipping & handling charges. Customer pays for return shipping.

If your item arrives damaged please email us with pictures and we will get back to you as soon as we can. The exchange/refund options are considered on a case by case basis, ei: natural imperfections in the wood are not considered damage and will not be exchanged/refunded, actual damage to the item during shipping will be exchanged/refunded.
